# LinkedIn development post I am developing PALO Governance as a ChatGPT plugin candidate. This technical record shows how the project is taking shape, including the parts that still need work. The package brings together six workflows: lifecycle assessment, agentic action design, evidence review, maturity assessment, KPI/KRI and AI FinOps, and data governance. Each skill carries a traceable snapshot of the PALO references it uses. One design decision runs through all six: permission, execution, observed effect and business outcome need separate evidence. A successful tool response does not establish a business result. The accompanying slides include actual portal and Microsoft Entra captures, a build workflow, skill and MCP configuration excerpts, and the findings from GLM and Gemini reviews. They also preserve the limits of the local tests: 16 scoped passes, one failed synthetic no-echo case and one infrastructure-blocked case on the static package. All six skills have passed the portal checks. The connected draft is still incomplete and unpublished. OAuth completion, authenticated Reader testing and the remaining review materials are the next steps. I am sharing the development evidence while that work continues. I would welcome discussion about the distinction between documenting governance and enforcing it in a running system. This development record includes real screenshots, code excerpts and test limits. The candidate remains in preparation, not submitted or published. https://paloframework.org/ ## Editorial note Prepared for Fabrizio Degni's account. Nothing has been posted.
